On Saturday, October 11, 2025, Jack Rose Dining Saloon will host an exclusive Whiskey Dinner with High Wire Distilling, presented in partnership with Calvert Woodley. From 7:00 to 9:00 PM, guests will join Jay Liddell, National Sales Director for High Wire, for an immersive evening of spirits and fine dining. The night begins with a cocktail demonstration featuring High Wire’s Hat Trick gin, followed by an exploration of the brand’s acclaimed “Jimmy Red” bourbons, crafted in Charleston, South Carolina from rare ruby-hued landrace corn. Attendees will enjoy a guided tasting through High Wire’s expressions, including the classic bourbon, the bottled in bond, and an exclusive first taste of the new Double Oaked Jimmy Red release—available for the first time in Washington, DC with special sale pricing across the portfolio. The experience continues with a three-course dinner featuring seasonal dishes such as steak tartare, roasted honeynut bisque, Amish chicken breast, flat iron steak, Berkshire pork chop, acorn squash risotto, a cheese duo, and tiramisu.
