Wisdom's Cocktail Class

Each class is held in Wisdom's new VIP room and can be catered to your preference. Erik Holzherr, Wisdom’s owner, walks students through booze basics, starting with when and how liquor came into existence. Erik then breaks down familiar spirits before highlighting complicated processes, like fermentation and distillation, which are presented in a fun and accessible manner. He then moves on to the amazing world of vermouth, revealing the spirit’s versatility through generous samples. Next comes everything you want to know about whiskey providing the perfect segue to a classic Manhattan cocktail. Students learn about bitters, as well. For the finale, Erik will break down the most iconic and least understood cocktail, the Martini. Classes have a 2 person minimum.
