Learn tricks of the trade so that to better enjoy the next seafood dinner soiree! Join Fiona Lewis, the head chef and owner of The District Fishwife and other DC businesses for a seafood cooking class on from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

Lewis is a nationally recognized expert on sustainable seafood, conservation of local fish species and an advocate for regional fisheries. The class will include a mix of hands-on fish preparation followed by a cooking demonstration focused on cooking winter skate (Leucoraja ocellata).
