The infamous food truck, Rebel Taco, has just opened up their first brick and mortar shop; replacing the former bar called The Prospect. The two-story venue functions as a restaurant downstairs and also offers seating and tequila tastings upstairs. Due to COVID-19, Rebel Taco is only opening the downstairs portion and is currently offering both takeout and delivery along with indoor seating for up to 25 guests.
