Bao Bei has officially opened its first storefront in Rockville’s Montrose Crossing. After initially opening as a ghost kitchen in 2022, Bao Bei serves up a variety of Taiwanese street food dishes curated by Chef Kevin Hseih. Bao Bei was a finalist in the 17th season of Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race.The space spans 1,903 Square-feet and is located next to Kosmo Nail Bar.
