Gina Chersevani has embraced her Italian roots and launched “Carb Bar” at Buffalo & Bergen Cleveland Park, which will be lead by her husband Neil Dundee. Guests can get excited for a seasonal pizza menu and hot pockets with highlights such as The Lucifer ($20) and Kicked-In ($22).
