JUNEBERRY GARAGE: THE PARKS AT WALTER REED

Openings

6810 Cameron Drive NW

Juneberry Garage, a neighborhood restaurant and bar housed in what was once Walter Reed’s mechanic and hobby auto shop, has officially opened. Designed to bring uptown DC residents a cozy go-to in the neighborhood, Juneberry Garage is a collaborative effort from a group of friends with more than a decade of experience opening gathering spots across DC, featuring Josh Saltzman and Chris Powers from Ivy and Coney and Trent Allen and Robin Webb from The Midlands Beer Garden. Those visiting Juneberry Garage can expect expertly crafted familiar food and potent cocktails, offering approachable, high-quality dishes served at an inviting price point. The newly created indoor dining room retains the building’s original garage doors, which now open to a sprawling 6,000-square-foot patio overlooking the Great Lawn. The space accommodates up to 70 guests indoors and 350 total, thanks to its versatile indoor-outdoor configuration.
