STELLINA PIZZERIA: TYSONS

Antonio Matarazzo and Chef Matteo Venini have officially the opened their fifth Stellina Pizzeria location in Tysons' Capital One Center. The menu at this new 4,700 square-foot full-sized restaurant stays true to the concept’s authentic Italian roots and features traditional dishes inspired by Northern and Southern Italian pizza and street food. In addition to food offerings, the new Tysons location offers private events, as well as pizza and pasta cooking classes. Stellina Pizzeria is known for its unique Neo-Neapolitan style of pizza, which sees Chef Venini use a biga and malted flour to create a high-hydration dough, which then undergoes a 48-hour double fermentation process. Stellina’s pizza menu features 11 signature creations ranging from classic Margherita to the Piccante. In addition to pizza offerings, Stellina will serve paninis, pastas, and salads alongside signature cocktails, beers, and wines. Stellina’s menu also includes a variety of traditional Italian sweets to follow meals. The space can seat up to 104 guests indoors and 22 guests outside.
