Stinky Cheese Class

This is a one-of-a-kind event where you will smell and taste eight stinky cheeses and pair them with two perfect wines and accompaniments. Learn why washed-rind cheeses are so darn pungent and how to best select, serve and pair these intensely aromatic but surprisingly delicate creations. Come hungry – and come prepared to explore the spectrum of smells. The instructor is Jill Erber—Owner, Founder, and "Cheese Lady" of Cheesetique.
