Fish Shop Spotlights its sous chefs with 'Sous Supper'

Behind every dish at Fish Shop DC is a team of sous chefs whose talent helps shape the restaurant's menu every day. Fish Shop DC is bringing that talent front and center with the debut of Sous Supper, a ticketed event at 7:00 p.m. in the Boat Room where sous chefs Bobby Carter, Liv Bell, Khan Bataa and Korie Greenfield will each present original dishes inspired by their own culinary backgrounds, techniques, and influences.
