Today, Petrossian is still a leading caviar company, based in the United States and run by the brothers’ descendants, and the Caviar Kaspia restaurant still does a roaring trade in Paris and elsewhere in the world. Internationally renowned as one of the greatest established names in the Champagne region, Taittinger was founded in 1734 by visionary Jacques Fourneaux.
