Join behind the Show of Hands bar and learn about everything amaro. You will taste through six different samples of amari, learn about different styles, enjoy some light snacks that perfectly complement these bittersweet digestifs, and enjoy a welcome amaro cocktail. NRG Spirits Director Nick Farrell will lead the tasting and share tips, pairings, and how to incorporate them into cocktails.
