Via Umbria presents a special west coast edition of their Dinner at the Chef's Table in Berkeley, California with a special vegetarian dinner prepared by Via Umbria's No. 1 Son Austin Menard and visiting Italian chef Simone Proietti-Pesci. Their creative menu features local, seasonal ingredients and will transport you to Simone's native Italy.
