Caribbean Date Night By Chef Brandon Chang

Summer might be over, but date night is back – and this week, you can be heading to Jamaica. The date night crowd has been missed, so get excited to return with a couple of new faces in the rotation. First up, meet Chef Brandon Chang, the Chef de Cuisine at Bluejacket. Originally born in Jamaica, he moved to the states as a kid and learned to cook alongside his maternal grandmother. Most recently, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Black’s Bar & Kitchen, Addie’s, and Cuba Libra. He joined Neighborhood Restaurant Group late last year, and this week he’s making his Neighborhood Provisions debut with a feast inspired by his Caribbean roots. Take a look at Chef’s menu and be instantly transported to the sunny beaches of Jamaica. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
