Executive Chef Joseph Conrad will host local cookbook author and chef Elizabeth Karmel to create a collaborative dinner featuring recipes from Elizabeth’s new cookbook, Steak and Cake. For $100 per person (excluding gratuity), guest will enjoy a take-home copy of Steak and Cake and a multi-course dinner menu, including a select cocktail and an assortment of dishes.
