CA’s Ashes & Diamonds Winery Visits Lutèce for One Night Only with Guest Somm, Chad Walsh

Lutèce will host Ashes & Diamonds Winery for an evening highlighting the Napa producer’s thoughtful approach to California winemaking. Ashes & Diamonds looks to a different era of the state’s wine culture; one before raisinated grapes, excessive extraction, and artificial coloring while embracing the energy and joy of modern California. With winemakers Steve Matthiason, Diana Snowden Seysses, and Michael Cruse at the helm, Ashes & Diamonds brings balance and freshness to the glass without losing the character of the Sunshine State. Lutèce will feature the Rouge No. 6 Cabernet blend and Blanc No. 8 Sauvignon Blanc blend by the glass, alongside specials crafted to pair with each wine from Chefs Matt Conroy, Bruno Enciso, and Pastry chef Ana Sofia Pino. Guest sommelier Chad Walsh from the winery will join the team that evening to share insight and conversation about the wines alongside The Popal Group’s Wine Director and Advanced Sommelier, Chris Ray.
