Join Les Dames d'Escoffier on their salute to gastronomy! Keynote panelists include Amy Brandwein, Ruth Gresser and Christianne Ricchi. This event features more than 50 speakers in 16 sessions, cooking classes, two meals included, fabulous culinary EXPO with new products, and much more!
