During this one-hour class, participants will explore the soft, creamy world of bloomy rind cheeses, sampling five standout selections from France, Vermont, Virginia, and Italy, paired with thoughtfully curated accompaniments. Each kit, designed for 2–4 people, also offers the option to enhance the experience with a sparkling French rosé from John Legend’s LVE collection.
