On March 16th, starting at 6:00 p.m., "Cheese Lady" Jill Erber and Libby the Leperchaun will explore the verdant hills of Ireland with guests from the comfort of your own home. Guests will learn about the cheese-making history of the region and taste five small-production cheeses along with a red wine aged in Irish whiskey barrels.
