Come to the Royal for a special DC Cocktail Week Happy Hour to experience one of DC’s most talked about cocktail programs. Royal's bar offers an eclectic variety of options: local beers and spirits, wine, and cocktails crafted by their talented bar staff. The Royal is celebrating DC Cocktail Week with a tropical Boulevardier riff that melds the flavors of coconut, passionfruit, and rum in a stirred, boozy drink. The "Kissing a Mortal” is made with scotch, rum, coconut, passionfruit, sweet vermouth, Don Ciccio Ambrosia, and house Angost-Urfa bitters infused with the Turkish chile pepper. The cocktail pairs perfectly with Chef Cable Smith’s crispy fried chicken bites with citrus aioli and pickled relish. Also, enjoy complimentary tastings from local distillery, Catoctin Creek. $14 per person for the pairing. Available during dinner service, from 5:00 p.m. onwards in the entire restaurant.
