Oregon Wine Dinner with Taylor Pfaff of Left Coast Cellars at Vermilion

On Thursday, August 21st at 6:00 PM, guests are invited to a special Oregon Wine Dinner with Taylor Pfaff of Left Coast Cellars. This intimate evening will feature a four-course menu thoughtfully paired with wines from Left Coast, a 463-acre family-owned vineyard and working farm in Oregon. Since its founding in 2003, Left Coast has prioritized ecological stewardship, preserving 28% of its land for natural habitats and practicing low-impact viticulture to produce clean, terroir-driven expressions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Tempranillo. Taylor Pfaff, who began working in the vineyard at age fifteen and now serves as CEO, will guide guests through the wines and share insights into his family’s philosophy and process. Seating is limited to ensure an engaging and personal experience. Reservations are required, and dietary requests must be submitted in advance.
