In Italy, a common ritual to highlight great weather is spending weekend getaways in campagna (the countryside). To honor this ritual, Via Umbria has created a menu that emphasizes the best autumn seasonal ingredients that take center stage in the Italian countryside. This decadent, countryside-inspired menu includes a first course of Ravioli with Autumn squash, brown butter, sage and parmigiano followed by a Porchetta with Umbrian lentils and black grapes; dishes that are perfect for a weekend escape to the green countryside of Umbria. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef's Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the things they value at Via Umbria: great food, great wine, great people.
