Northern Italy has perfected enduring chilly weather and using the best that it has to offer to form delicious and delectable creations. Embracing the beginning of Georgetown's own cold-weather season, Via Umbria has picked some of their favorite dishes from various regions, emphasizing the best seasonal ingredients, to create a full menu of Northern Italian specialties. You will start off in Piemonte with Vitello Tonnato, then head to Emiglia Romagna for Tagliatelle with braised pork rib ragu, with the final stop in Veneto for a modern take on the world-famous tiramisu. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. $75 per person.
