Elena Walch Wine Dinner at Fiola Mare

Fiola Mare and Elena Walch Winery are set to host an elegant five-course dinner, featuring wine pairings presented by Karoline Walch, the fifth generation of the renowned Alto Adige family estate. Guests will enjoy dishes such as Carolina yellowtail crudo with tomato and Virginia peach gazpacho, angel hair pasta with Bhumi lemon and Grana Padano, and Broken Arrow Ranch venison Wellington accompanied by huckleberry jus and foie gras. Each course is paired with exceptional wines, including Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2023, Rosé “20/26” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2023, and Beyond the Clouds Alto Adige Bianco DOC 2022. The evening concludes with a decadent Valrhona dark chocolate terrine accented by Calabrese pepper caramel, orange blossom chantilly, and hazelnut crunch.
