Opal Sea to Soil Dinner Series: Pacific Northwest

Opal in Chevy Chase launches its Sea to Soil Dinner Series with a special evening inspired by the Pacific Northwest. Guests will enjoy a coastal menu that highlights the region’s natural bounty, including salmon, shellfish, wild mushrooms, and seasonal berries.

The menu features snacks on arrival such as West Coast Oysters, Salmon Candy, and Blue Cheese with Cherries, followed by dishes like Miso BBQ Black Cod, Dungeness Crab + Tomato Cappelletti, and Wood Fired Coho Wild Salmon Filet. Dessert closes the evening with a classic Marionberry Pie.
