Equinox Restaurant Launches Federal Fritter

Equinox Restaurant co-owners Ellen Kassoff and Chef Todd Gray are pleased to announce the launch of their latest venture, Federal Fritter. The new pop-up food cart will serve fresh, hot risotto fritters, an Equinox Restaurant favorite since 1999. Served in easy-to-carry paper cones, the hearty fritters come with one of three sauces - marinara, blue cheese, or crème fraîche - each a cheeky nod to America’s three political parties. In the week leading up to the launch, Federal Fritter will be handing out free samples to celebrate. Federal Fritters will be sold in four, six, and eight-piece serving sizes for $4, $6  and $7 respectively.
