DBGB Kitchen and Bar for a special evening of cheese, hosted by Chef Daniel Boulud’s Head Fromager Pascal Vittu in collaboration with Savencia Fromage & Dairy and Virginia’s very own International Gourmet Foods. This delectable evening will feature a variety of hand-selected French and American cheeses. Start the night with a reception around a cheese buffet, followed by a set menu crafted by Executive Chef Nicholas Tang and wine pairings by Head Sommelier Raphael Ventresca.
