Join Chef Fabio Trabocchi for their new dinner series, Fabio’s Table. Each event – offered on select Thursdays and Fridays this spring – will be an interactive dinner for a small group of guests hosted by Fabio himself at his flagship Michelin-starred restaurant, Fiola, providing a unique celebration of food and wine. The first event in the series starts next week, highlighting the beauty, flavor and aroma of winter black truffles. You won’t want to miss the fresh tagliatelle rolled tableside by their master sfoglina, Simonetta Capotondo. All Fabio’s Table dinners feature a 5-course meal for $275 per person, with optional wine pairings selected by head sommelier Jennifer Foucher.
