Fairmont's Hanukkah Dinners To-Go

This year, Fairmont Washington, DC, Georgetown is offering Hanukkah dinners to-go. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Pastry Chef A.J. Thalakkat are preparing traditional Hanukkah culinary delights to please the most discerning palates. The menu includes traditional grated potato latkes and apple sauce, chicken soup with matzah balls, salmon with lemon and dill, wine braised beef brisket, roasted carrots and red onions with fennel and mint, citrus sweet potato medley, spiced apple cake, and more. Reheating instructions and a hot-line phone number will be included for those who have questions. Hanukkah Dinner To-Go are priced at $65 per person, not including tax. Meals are available on December 11th, 12th and 18th. Please order by December 7th for December 11th and 12th dinners. Please order by December 14th for December 18th dinners.
