Hank’s Oyster Bar Old Town in Alexandria, Va., will offer a Feast of the Seven Fishes Prix-Fixe dinner. The four-course menu starts with a trio of seafood crostini and includes three additional courses inspired by traditional Italian dishes from Langhe, Sicily and Tuscany.
