Fly Fishing Fundamentals 201 and Wine Tasting at Doukenie Winery

Everyone is welcome to attend this guided fly fishing class—it's not just for the ladies! No prior experience is necessary, and all equipment will be provided. Held on Sunday, May 25 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, the class will cover everything from fly fishing gear (including rods and flies) to casting techniques, catching and releasing fish, and reading the water—all aimed at helping participants fish with confidence on their next outing. Expert instructors will lead the session in a supportive, relaxed environment set against the beautiful backdrop of a vineyard. Guests can enjoy a curated wine tasting from Doukenie Winery (or a soda flight for those under 21), connect with new friends, and take home a goody bag. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and prepare for a bit of mud; polarized sunglasses and a hat are also recommended.
