Dive into the flavors and heritage of rustic Italy as you explore the use of game meats in Dinner at the Chef’s Table. Come explore the tradition of hunting and using game meats that have been present in Italy going back centuries. Throughout Italy, from the Sicily to Piemonte, in all the untouched treasures of the Italian peninsula, this practice can still be found today. Chef Liam has created a menu of wildfowl and venison that will leave your taste buds reeling. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions.
