In the next edition of Habibi Sofra Club guest chef Reem Assail will be joining from the Bay Area where she spent years as a community organizer before committing to life in the kitchen. Still focused on connecting people, she turned her love for cooking into a tool to help build community & understanding. Copies of her book Arabiyya will be on hand for purchase. Habibi Sofra Club dinners will be held once a month as some favorite chefs from the District, across the US, & the Atlantic collaborate on one-night-only "Sofra" experiences.
