On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, executive chef Greg Lloyd will be presenting a decadent, savory Foie Gras Buche de Noel with toasted brioche, sour cherry moutarde, and speculuse. Le Diplomate will also be serving a showstopping and tender rack of lamb with braised endive, rosemary jus, and caramelized eggplant, and the classic lobster risotto.
