On Thanksgiving Day this year, Ri Ra Irish Pub, in partnership with Georgetown Ministry Center, will host an M Street Thanksgiving, providing a full Thanksgiving plated brunch to homeless and less fortunate DC residents. It will take place with the generous assistance of the following Georgetown establishments as well as others: Clyde’s of Georgetown, Georgetown Piano Bar, American Eats Tavern, Martin's Tavern, Pinstripes, The Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID). M Street Thanksgiving will provide a traditional Thanksgiving meal to over 150 homeless and less fortunate. In addition to the Thanksgiving Day meal, they are also collecting donations of toiletries, socks, and canned goods that will be distributed the following day to surrounding shelters. 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. For more information or if you would like to volunteer, please call 202.802.1776.
