Mastering the Martini with Nick Farrell at Evening Star Cafe

Join NRG Spirit Director Nick Farrell in the No. 9 Lounge for an intimate night of martini mastering. Taste through samples of martinis with varying degrees of vermouth, olive brine, vodka, and gin, to not only find your ideal martini, but also learn how to order it and how to make it at home. You will enjoy a flight of six different mini martinis while snacking on an assortment of cheese, and learn what separates a good martini from a great one.
