In celebration of National Butter Chicken Day on October 20, Taco Bamba’s Falls Church location will host an exclusive event honoring the beloved Indian dish. The restaurant is teaming up with local cookbook author Monica Saigal Bhide, who will gift a signed copy of her picture book Papa’s Butter Chicken—a heartfelt tribute to Indian cooking and heritage—to the first 20 customers who order Taco Bamba’s flavorful Temple of Boom taco.
The Temple of Boom taco is Taco Bamba’s inventive take on classic butter chicken, featuring tender chicken paired with cucumber, pickled red onion, cilantro, and sesame seeds for a vibrant and aromatic bite. The celebration will last all day or until all 20 signed books have been given away, and orders must be placed in person at the Falls Church location. Each guest is limited to one book.
