In celebration of National Mezcal Day, Taco Bamba invites guests to honor the agave spirit that has become the heart of its bar program. On Tuesday, October 21, all Taco Bamba locations will offer half-off mezcal pours and half-off nachos all day long — the perfect pairing for fans of distilled agave.
Known as the House of Mezcal, Taco Bamba boasts an impressive agave selection, with its City Ridge location featuring more than 50 varieties curated by beverage director Amin Seddiq. Guests are also encouraged to sample Taco Bamba’s private-label mezcal, developed in collaboration with the esteemed mezcaleros of Rey Campero. Crafted by Chef Victor Albisu and his team during a visit to Candelaria Yegolé in Oaxaca’s southern highlands, the artisanal mezcal combines 90% espadín and 10% cuishe, offering notes of roasted pineapple, minerality, and a smooth citrus finish.
