Where:
Mess Hall
703 Edgewood Street Northeast

New Kitchens On The Block returns to Mess Hall for their seventh edition of the now-biannual food festival offers a one-time only opportunity to savor signature dishes and drinks from 9 of DC’s most hyped new restaurants by the city’s buzziest, award-winningest chefs – before they open. You will have the first chance to try City-State Brewing Co., opening down the block from Mess Hall this fall. Founder James Warner will serve the Right Stuff beer, exclusively brewed for New Kitchens On The Block. Easy drinking and designed to pair with a variety of dishes, it’s made with experimental hops, novel yeasts, and unique grains from upstart sources. Another new addition to the event is Brandon Byrd’s eye-catching, vintage vibed Prosecco Van, which will be on hand to serve bubbly. And there will be cocktails galore powered by spirits provided by our generous sponsors – New Columbia Distillers’ Green Hat Gin, El Silencio Mezcal, and One Eight Distilling. There are a limited number of early bird tickets for $75. General admission is $85. Additionally, there are a limited number of VIP tickets available for $135, which include epic swag-not-schwag bags. There will be two separate sessions from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. To purchase tickets, click here.
