New Year's Eve At Iron Gate

So, raise a glass and feast together this NYE as you look forward to 2021. Enjoy the three-course menu including: the first-course (whole wheat flatbread, caramelized onion, thyme, st. Malachi cheese, shaved truffle; smoked ora king salmon, spelt capellini, horseradish, dill, caviar; hudson valley foie gras torchon, baby fennel spoon sweets, green apple, brioche; maine lobster salad, hand-pulled burrata, heirloom carrots, ginger, winter citrus; charred avocado wedge, crispy country ham, tomato conserva, yogurt green goddess); the second-course (7 hills all-natural beef tenderloin, sunchoke gratin, swiss chard, foie gras, truffle jus; acquerello carnaroli risotto, maple roasted squash, local goat cheese, nuts and seeds; oak-grilled brassicas, pecorino sardo, anchovy, spiced bagna cauda); and the third course (chocolate torte, hazelnut praline, gold leaf, gianduja gelato).
