Officina’s Capodanno 2019

Ring in the New Year like a true Italian at Officina’s Capodanno 2019. The menu includes antipasti offerings like citrus cured swordfish crudo with blood orange, fennel and basil seed followed by pasta courses like squash and ricotta caramel with hazelnuts, sage, brown butter and parmigiano and entrees including dry aged muscovy duck breast with parsnip and grape agrodolce. End the meal with Officina’s Baba au Rhum with caramelized apples and gelato and toast to a sweet New Year before heading up to the heated Terrazza for a picture perfect countdown to 2020.
