At long last, Cheesetique is thrilled to present a Whiskey, Cheese & Wine Class, including the gold standard of bourbons and a very special bourbon-barrel-aged red wine. This is a unique opportunity to taste the magic that results when pairing this world-renowned spirit with expertly-chosen cheeses & charcuterie. Expect to learn about the history of whiskey around the world as well as how it is used in these various applications. Your class kit includes Cahill's Irish whiskey cheddar (Ireland), "Pour Me a Slice" cheddar with basil hayden bourbon (Utah), Tennessee whiskey bellavitano (Wisconsin), beemster XO two-year gouda (Holland), and Brooklyn cured salami with bourbon and sour cherries. For pairing, you will add Laphroaig single malt whiskey fudge (Scotland), Chef Natasha's homemade whiskey mustard, and rye crackers. Maker's Mark bourbon from Kentucky is the gold standard. You will have a special cocktail prepared for you to pour at home—all you need is ice. The simple, spirit-focused blend will pair beautifully with the cheeses and charcuterie. This online class is priced at $59.99 and includes your class kit that serves two to four people. Bottle of wine & bourbon cocktail available together as an add-on for $34.99.
