Piemonte Wine Dinner With Ettore Germano Winery

On this special evening, join winemaker Sergio Germano of Ettore Germano Winery to celebrate his winery's legendary wines that bear his father’s name. Hailing from Serralunga in the Barolo region of Piemonte, he toils the regions soil which are rich in limestone, clay, and sand to create and produce some of the best and most structured wines that the Barolo region has to offer. This evening features an amazing menu created by their very own Liam LaCivita, created to pair each course perfectly with Sergio's wines.
