Cheesetique brings the magic of the Alps to Del Ray with the Raclette fest and Après Ski Party from February 22nd to March 15th. The limited-time Alpine menu is built around tableside raclette, or melted wheels of premium Alpine cheese, scraped over bread, seasonal vegetables, and sausage.
The Fest, now in its 8th consecutive year, kicks off with a ticketed Après Ski Party on February 22nd from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tickets to the event cost $45.00, available HERE.
