"Say Goodbye To Summer" Garden Dinner

Chef Haidar Karoum will offer a four-course menu of specialties highlighting locally grown, seasonal ingredients with a focus on vegetables. The dinner will be hosted on the patio, weather permitting. Menu items include chilled Persian cucumber soup with yogurt, dill, and toasted walnuts; heirloom tomatoes with brioche, aioli, buttercrunch lettuce and smoked mushrooms; ricotta cavatelli with pesto Genovese and Sungold tomato confit; stuffed eight ball squash with gold zucchini, jimi nardello peppers and heirloom eggplant; and chef's dessert. Tickets are $80 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity). A la carte beverages and optional beverage pairing ($35 per person) available for purchase.
