For centuries, the Silk Road carried more than spices—it carried stories. GastroSol invites guests to taste them through twelve exclusive dinners across twelve countries.
Each month, GastroSoul partners with a different DC-area restaurant to create an off-menu feast celebrating a Silk Road nation. An expert storyteller transforms each dinner into a cultural journey.
The journey begins April 27th at Lao Sze Chuan. The series launches at 6:00 p.m. with the rich, complex flavors of Chinese cuisine—the first of many stops along the Silk Road. Tickets cost $188.35 per person. To reserve a spot, click HERE.
