Join Cheesetique Shirlington for this special evening featuring four courses expertly paired with four wines from the world-class Stag's Leap Wine Cellars winery including the FAY Cabernet Sauvignon from the Estate Collection which earned 96 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. In addition, each course provides a showcase of California cheeses. Some menu items include a trio of dusted laura Chenel chèvre truffles; butterflied shrimp; and Pineland Farms braised Angus beef cheeks. Representing Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is Victoria Pons-Strigari, a wine educator with a background in Agricultural Chemistry. She studied in Spain where she earned a Master's Degree in Viticulture and Oenology. Victoria will discuss the Stag's Leap history, approach to winemaking, and the profile of each of the selected wines.
