The Satire in Alexandria is very excited to be hosting a sound bath with Lalita Method. The event will begin with a reformer Pilates class in the on-site studio and then move to the hotel's beautiful cinema room for the restorative sound bath. Additionally, there will be a complimentary electrolyte tasting from SRC for you to experience. There are two sessions with very limited space, at 12:15pm and 12:50pm.
