Summer Happy Hour Series

For the third installment of the Kennedy Center’s free Summer Happy Hour Series, Japanese rock-pop quartet CHAI will bring feminist themes and punk sounds to the Center’s rooftop. Presented by Union Stage, CHAI’s music is rooted in redefining their Japanese culture of “kawaii,” or cuteness. Dressed in their iconic pink outfits, prepare for this ensemble to light the fuse of liberated expression. Additionally, guests will be able to sample beer from 3 Stars Brewing Company, as well as half-priced beer, wine, and select cocktail specials from the bar. 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
