Suns & Stars Pop-Up at NUE

NUE: Elegantly Vietnamese will host a weekend pop-up with Sun & Stars Coffee, a Filipina-owned specialty coffee brand founded by Kimberly Santos Lizardo. Inspired by the Philippines’ history as one of the world’s largest coffee exporters, Sun & Stars will highlight the island’s rich coffee profile with unconventional twists alongside inventive Vietnamese brunch cuisine at NUE.
From 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., the pop-up will feature Lizardo’s coffee cart, serving colorful, artistically decorated lattes inspired by Vietnamese and Filipino flavors. Guests can enjoy a selection of iced and hot beverages, including theBerry Blossom latte with Vietnamese espresso, strawberry and cherry blossom; the Chè Chuối latte with banana and coconut cream; the Pandan Coconut latte; and a Pandan Calamansi Tea, which celebrates Philippine and Vietnamese flavors. Tickets are not required.
